Job summary

Based in London, the role supports sales and senior relationship management, provides oversight of new client relationships, and helps scale the business while ensuring effective controls and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in clearing/brokerage environments and understanding of risk/compliance.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technology-focused projects to enhance sales workstreams.
• Create, review and improve MI and KPIs to monitor the business.
• Drive change by establishing new processes and refining existing ones.
• Support sales and relationship teams with operational queries.
• Assist project management with integrations once initiatives go live.
• Ensure clear communication to management and timely escalation.
• Collaborate with support teams and the business to complete tasks.
• Promote innovation and generate improvement ideas.
• Support daily operations of the Business Manager and adjust as needed.
