Qualifications

• Understanding of Market Abuse framework.

• Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate UK market abuse framework on a day-to-day basis.
• Review surveillance alerts and investigate potential market abuse.
• Draft STOR forms for regulator submission (e.g., FCA).
• Document findings and support investigations of suspicious activity.
