Job summary

NACOS Marine, a global provider of maritime navigation, automation and control systems, seeks a Sales Specialist to support our commercial team in Grangemouth. You will assist with quotations, manage documentation, and nurture customer relationships while gradually taking ownership of sales opportunities.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will help drive growth, maintain commercial records, and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business, sales, engineering related education is a plus.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day commercial and administrative activities.
• Prepare and manage customer quotations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain quotation logs, price lists, and other commercial documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and support.
• Participate in customer visits and assist with commercial follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Support identification of new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM systems; assist with sales reporting and forecasting.
• Carry out additional sales-related activities as assigned to support the business.
