Job summary

Clearwater Dynamics is seeking a Maritime Security Analyst to help protect vessels, ports, offshore assets, crews, and operations from security threats. You will monitor the maritime operating environment, assess emerging risks, and produce actionable intelligence for security decision-making across the organization.

The role requires experience in maritime security, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both security specialists and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a maritime/security field.
• Experience in maritime security, intelligence analysis, risk analysis, or related areas.
• Strong research and analytical skills; ability to turn data into actionable products.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global and regional maritime security developments and assess risks.
• Produce concise intelligence products: daily briefs, risk assessments, incident summaries.
• Support voyage, port-call, and operational risk assessments with clear ratings and mitigation recommendations.
• Track incidents and maintain accurate records of threats, alerts, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with maritime operations, fleet management, compliance, legal, and related teams.
