Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL on the South Coast of the UK is seeking a Programme Manager - Maritime to lead a programme of major construction and estate projects with a hybrid work setup (three days onsite).

The role requires extensive experience in construction programme management, a proven track record delivering complex projects, and strong knowledge of CDM regulations. NEC contract exposure and stakeholder leadership are essential assets.

Qualifications

• Extensive programme or project management experience within construction, estates, civil engineering or infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and experience acting as Client Representative, Project Sponsor or similar.
• Experience managing NEC contracts and construction procurement activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a programme of major construction and estate projects.
• Manage project lifecycles from concept, design and procurement through to handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee programme governance, reporting, risk management and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and industry best practice.
• Manage contractors, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Drive programme performance across safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives.
