Job summary

Ebury London seeks a Maritime Partner Relationship Associate to service a portfolio of maritime partners and clients, handling payments, FX trades, and partner queries. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and deepen partner engagement across multiple products.

The role offers exposure to FX, payments, compliance, and tech within a fast-paced fintech environment. English fluency and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Degree level education preferred.
• Strong mathematical/analytical background and understanding of legal aspects.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• At least 1 year in finance or maritime industry in sales/compliance/middle office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve a portfolio of maritime partners and clients across products including APIs, FX and international payments.
• Execute FX trades with multiple liquidity providers on various platforms.
• Handle high volume queries via phone and email tickets from partners.
• Develop strong internal relationships to resolve queries efficiently across departments.
• Assist partners in growing their businesses using Ebury products.
