Argyll and Bute Council is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital and infrastructure projects across the marine estate. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage concepts through design, procurement and construction to deliver on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience leading capital and infrastructure projects across marine assets such as piers, harbours and ferry infrastructure.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management across multiple partners.

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital and infrastructure projects across the marine estate.
Manage projects from initial concept through design, procurement and construction to deliver against programme, budget and quality objectives.
Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, contractors and external partners to deliver essential marine services and resilient infrastructure.
