Job summary

Bimplus is recruiting an experienced Project Engineer to support a major marine infrastructure project focused on reinforced concrete works. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery, coordinating between site teams, designers and subcontractors while reviewing drawings and specifications.

Role involves maintaining QA documentation, ITPs and technical submissions, with a focus on accuracy and compliance to the programme. 18-month contract with potential extension on a major contractor project.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Engineer on civil, marine or reinforced concrete projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
• Proven track record delivering QA documentation and ITPs on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project engineering support across marine and RC works.
• Coordinate activities between site teams, subcontractors, designers and project team.
• Review drawings, specs and technical documentation to ensure compliance.
• Monitor progress and support delivery according to programme.
• Prepare, review and manage technical submissions, RFIs and design information.
• Maintain QA records, ITPs, inspection records and technical docs.
• Assist with technical queries and design coordination on site.
