Travelers is seeking an experienced Marine Energy & Liability Underwriter to join our London Market team. You will own the profitability of your book, underwriting new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments, while monitoring rate adequacy and shaping the quality of the business we write.

You will build strong broker relationships and contribute to the growth of our Marine platform. Hybrid work is available with three days in the office and two at home, with pro rata arrangements for

Qualifications

• Experience in underwriting within Lloyd's market.
• University-level education required or equivalent.
• ACII qualification or studying towards it is expected.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite and process new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments for marine liability lines.
• Monitor rate adequacy and profitability of the book.
• Build and strengthen broker relationships and ensure compliance with policies and Lloyd's standards.
• Enter quotes and risks accurately using the appropriate systems for reporting and governance.
• Provide guidance and coaching as needed and support other team members.
