Job summary

Peel Ports Group is seeking a Marine Dredging Manager to lead maintenance dredging across diverse port environments, coordinating contractors and stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient and compliant operations. You will influence planning, budgeting and performance reporting to support long-term dredging strategies.

The role focuses on operational leadership, data analysis, and driving continuous improvement across multiple locations with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in dredging, marine operations, hydrographic surveying, port operations or a related field.
• Strong contractor management, marine safety, compliance and operational delivery.
• Able to analyse operational and performance data, manage multiple stakeholders and produce clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of maintenance dredging across Peel Ports Group.
• Oversee dredging campaigns from initial planning through to completion, managing contractor performance and surveys.
• Ensure compliance with marine licences and environmental requirements, and support the Group Annual Dredge Plan.
