Job summary

Peel Ports Group is seeking a Marine Dredging Manager to lead maintenance dredging across our port network. You will coordinate contractors, survey activities and licences to ensure safe, compliant and on-budget delivery.

The role combines operational leadership, data analysis and long-term strategy development, with opportunities to influence capital projects and port operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in dredging, marine operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of contractor management, safety and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple locations and stakeholders.
• Proven reporting and data analysis for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of maintenance dredging operations.
• Oversee dredging campaigns, monitor contractor performance and budgets.
• Coordinate survey activities and licensing compliance.
• Support development of the Group Annual Dredge Plan and long-term strategies.
• Contribute to performance reporting, forecasting and tendering where required.
