Job summary

Darthaven Marina in Kingswear, Devon, is seeking a Service Receptionist to join a busy team. You will welcome service customers, triage requests and coordinate with the Service Team to ensure smooth operations during a lively boating season.

Key responsibilities include accurate data capture, raising estimates and invoices, handling payments, and maintaining professional communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers politely and assist with enquiries.
• Triage requests in person, by phone and by email and route to the Service Team.
• Record relevant information accurately to raise work instructions and estimates.
• Handle customer payments and deposits, raise invoices where required.
• Support the Service Team and understand the Service Coordinator role to assist effectively.
