Job summary

Open Doors UK&I is seeking a Christian MarComms Delivery Manager to support the Head of Content in delivering content across the organisation. The role oversees the in-house Content team and freelancers, manages print production, and ensures resources, schedules and budgets are aligned with priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based in Witney with a policy of 40% in-office hours and 60% remote work; Wednesdays are an office day.

Qualifications

• Committed Christian with passion for persecuted church and mission of Open Doors.
• Experience managing stakeholder requirements and overseeing creative teams to deliver marketing content.
• Understanding and experience of printing methods and ability to specify print requirements for production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee print production and procurement, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and standards.
• Lead in-house Content team and freelancers to deliver content requests across Directorates by monitoring capacity and workflow.
• Allocate resources, manage schedules and budgets, and report on project status to stakeholders.
