Job summary

Open Doors UK&I is seeking a Christian MarComms Delivery Manager to support the Head of Content in delivering content across the organisation. The role oversees the in-house Content team and freelancers, manages print production, and ensures resources, schedules and budgets are aligned with priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based in Witney with a policy of 40% in-office hours and 60% remote work; Wednesdays are an office day.

5 days / 37.5 hours per week
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (Our policy is a minimum of 40% of hours in the office, with the remainder remote working. Wednesday is a mandatory office day.)

We’re looking for a Christian MarComms Delivery Manager to enable Open Doors UK&I to grow support for the persecuted church by helping the Head of Content to deliver content needs across the organisation.

You will fulfil a critical role in overseeing the in-house Content team and related freelancers to deliver content requests from all Directorates by monitoring the team’s capacity and workflow, allocating resources, managing schedules and budgets, and reporting on the status of projects.

You will lead on print production and procurement, ensuring that print resources are produced on time, on budget and to the required standard.

You will also manage relationships with key stakeholders, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working within a fast-paced and changing environment.
