Job summary

Catalent Micron Technologies Dartford facility is seeking a Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will operate equipment, follow GMP/SOPs and complete manufacturing documentation to produce high-quality pharmaceutical products for development, clinical trials and commercial supply.

Qualifications

• Good general education including Mathematics and English.
• Comfortable using basic Information Technology (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Great attention to detail and able to follow clear instructions.
• Comfortable working in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow production processes to manufacture high-quality pharmaceutical products.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety procedures to ensure products are produced compliantly and safely.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and maintain high standards of record keeping.
• Monitor production processes, identify abnormalities, and support troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain clean and organised GMP production areas, ensuring excellent housekeeping standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and site functions to support the smooth flow of materials and production activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Develop skills across multiple products and manufacturing areas through ongoing training and cross-functional learning.

Catalent Micron Technologies Dartford facility specializes in particle size reduction technologies and integrated analytical services for the pharmaceutical industry. It is equipped with advanced systems to handle highly potent and cytotoxic compounds in commercial volumes as well, and provide leading analytical services associated with particle size engineering and material characterization testing from early stage development to commercialization.

Position Summary

We have an opportunity to join our team and play a key role in the preparation and execution of all manufacturing steps at CMT to produce high-quality products for our patients and clients. This includes manufacturing for product development, clinical trials, and commercial supply. A graded structure supports individual development, progression, and succession planning across multiple levels from Trainee to Lead Process Technician.

Shift: Monday-Thursday: 6am-2pm & 1.30pm-10pm Friday: 6am-2pm & 1.30pm-7pm

Location: Dartford, UK

100% Onsite
