Catalent Micron Technologies Dartford facility is hiring a Process Technician to support a range of manufacturing steps for drug product development, clinical trials and commercial supply. Responsibilities include operating equipment, following GMP/SOPs, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes cross-functional training, progression from trainee to lead levels, and adherence to quality and safety standards in a highly controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Good general education including Mathematics and English.
• Ability to follow clear manufacturing instructions and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow production processes to manufacture high-quality pharmaceutical products.
• Follow GMP, SOPs and safety procedures to ensure compliant and safe production.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and maintain high standards of record keeping.
• Monitor production processes, identify abnormalities and support troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain clean and organised GMP production areas and excellent housekeeping.
• Work with colleagues across site functions to support smooth flow of materials and production activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality and efficiency.

We have an opportunity forn to join our team and play a key role in the preparation and execution of all manufacturing steps at CMT to produce high-quality products for our patients and clients. This includes manufacturing for product development, clinical trials, and commercial supply. A graded structure supports individual development, progression, and succession planning across multiple levels from Trainee to Lead Process Technician.,

• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow production processes to manufacture high-quality pharmaceutical products.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety procedures to ensure products are produced compliantly and safely.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and maintain high standards of record keeping.
• Monitor production processes, identify abnormalities, and support troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain clean and organised GMP production areas, ensuring excellent housekeeping standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and site functions to support the smooth flow of materials and production activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Develop skills across multiple products and manufacturing areas through ongoing training and cross-functional learning.
  Good general education including Mathematics and English.
• Comfortable using basic Information Technology (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Great attention to detail and able to follow clear instructions.
• Comfortable working in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
