Job summary

DN Colleges Group is seeking a Trainer Assessor Manufacturing PMO to support the delivery of high-quality work-based learning programmes across manufacturing and warehousing environments.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification, relevant industrial experience, and a solid understanding of quality assurance processes to assess learners, engage with employers and maintain records and reporting. Location includes North Lincolnshire, Humber region and South Yorkshire.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area.
• Relevant industrial or manufacturing experience.
• Thorough understanding of quality assurance processes.
• Strong communication, engagement and learner support skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire and effectively use digital systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess manufacturing-related training programmes to individuals and groups of learners.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with employers and support business development activities.
• Provide pre-course and on-course guidance to learners, including interviews and programme placement.
• Plan, prepare and deliver learning programmes in line with College, awarding body and funding requirements.
• Conduct learner reviews, assessments and verification activities to support achievement and progression.
• Complete learner administration, record keeping and reporting accurately and on time.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities, course reviews, self-assessment and curriculum development.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support successful programme delivery.
• Participate in team meetings, staff development and continuous professional development activities.
• Support the achievement of recruitment and performance targets where appropriate.
