Thales is seeking a Manufacturing Technician - Mechanical Operator in Templecombe to work within the Towed Array manufacturing cell. This role involves mechanical assembly, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and maintaining high production quality. Successful candidates must demonstrate hands-on mechanical assembly experience along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, ideally holding SC Clearance.

Uplift and £80 bonus for working Saturday
This role involves working within our Towed Array manufacturing cell, performing mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring high-quality production.
Looking for someone hands-on, able to work independently and in a team, with experience in mechanical assembly and a production environment. Good time management and basic PC skills are required.
This role requires SC Clearance, which the successful candidate must obtain if not already held. Candidates should have resided in the UK for the last 5 years, with some circumstances allowing for 3 years.
