Job summary

Elevate Technology Group Ltd in Rotherham is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and develop manufacturing and corporate applications across ePS (Tharstern), Kiwiplan and Microsoft 365 tools.

You will work with ERP and reporting systems, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and Power Automate, helping gather requirements, resolve issues and implement upgrades while developing new skills for progression.

• Background in IT or business systems.
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain manufacturing applications including ePS (Tharstern), Kiwiplan, Corrugator Scheduling.
• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Office 365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime for the business.
• Gather requirements across departments and implement system improvements.
• Assist with system upgrades, configuration changes, and integration projects.
• Collaborate with external vendors to maintain system performance.
