Job summary

Kellanova in Wrexham is seeking a Support Operator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our onsite manufacturing team. You will report to the Shift Line Lead and help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, supplying materials and preparing syrup batches.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment is desirable.
• Ability to follow formulas and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment as needed to support manufacturing processes.
• Supply materials to production lines to maintain workflow.
• Prepare syrup batches according to specified formulas and quality standards.
• Conduct routine checks and inspections of equipment and processes.
• Support KPI achievement through accurate, timely task execution.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to identify and implement improvements.
• Document issues and report to the Operations Manager.
