ABB UK is seeking a senior site leader to transform the Emergency Lighting manufacturing unit in Morley. You will oversee Production, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, Quality, Planning and Fulfillment, and Logistics, driving productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires a strong track record in manufacturing leadership and continuous improvement. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement global strategies, manage budgets, and foster
Competenze
- Proven leadership of a production/manufacturing site.
- Experience in turnaround or transformation environments is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of operations and manufacturing requirements.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Experience with budgets and cost optimization while maintaining quality.
Mansioni
- Lead day-to-day operations across production, planning, logistics, supply chain, engineering, quality, and HSE.
- Deliver key KPIs including EBITA, revenue, cost, productivity, and delivery performance.
- Own and deliver the site transformation roadmap and strategy within the UK manufacturing unit.
- Build and develop a high-performing site leadership team and long-term talent development plan.
- Ensure compliance with ABB values, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
