Ethero Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an experienced Industrial Cleaner to join a busy manufacturing site in the ST4 area. The successful candidate will have prior cleaning experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse or factory environments.

You will perform cleaning of offices, toilets, canteens and communal areas, sweep, mop, vacuum and wipe surfaces, and follow health and safety procedures. The role offers daytime hours with pay at least national minimum wage and an immediate start

Formación

• Previous industrial or manufacturing cleaning experience is essential.
• Experience working in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and COSHH procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual cleaning duties.
• Able to follow instructions and comply with health and safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Cleaning offices, toilets, canteens and communal areas.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the manufacturing site.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and wiping down surfaces.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Using magnets to collect metal offcuts safely from production areas.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
• Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies.
• Working safely around machinery, employees and production activities.
• Reporting hazards, spillages or maintenance issues.
