Responsibilities

• Onsite management of M&E activities.
• Sourcing and selecting vendors for cost-effective solutions with timely delivery.
• Ensure traceability of transactions with thorough recording and transparency.
• Manage packaging costs and returnable packaging coordination.
• Maintain SOX compliance and support internal audit requirements.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Production and Logistics on stock levels and deliveries.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Analyse procurement data to identify savings opportunities and efficiencies.
• Maintain records in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support inventory management system implementations and process improvements.
