More About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a Manufacturing Project Manager within our Industrialization team in Cwmbran, Wales, UK.

You will manage industrial activities for Systems and Services segments, focusing on quality, time, and budget, with a focus on Production management and New Product Introductions (NPIs).

What You’ll Do

• Lead the production unit, related processes, and staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure timely delivery of products with high factory and supplier yields, optimizing processes regarding routing, supplies, and manpower.
• Manage, develop, and evaluate personnel for efficient manufacturing.
• Implement manufacturing standards, support LEAN initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate production transfers to alternative factories as needed.
• Arrange and qualify all custom material suppliers.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A technical background, preferably in industrial or electrical engineering.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong planning, organizing, and execution skills.
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership of NPI projects.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
