Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is assisting a long-established manufacturing group in Northampton to recruit a Manufacturing Production Supervisor for a night shift. You will oversee 12 operatives on a production line, ensuring KPIs are met, work is completed to a high quality, and efficiencies are improved.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8pm to 4am, in a clean, stable environment. The company produces components for automotive, construction, agriculture and material handling, with over 50

Are you a Production Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking to join a long-established, stable and secure company, offering a nights-based role in an excellent, clean and friendly working environment?

In this role you will be working within a close-knit production environment overseeing 12 Operatives. You will ensure KPIs are being achieved and work is completed on time and to a high quality, whilst suggesting new ways to improve efficiencies.

This design and manufacturing company produce components for the automotive, construction, agriculture, and materials handling sectors, distributing globally. Founded over 50 years ago they boast a turnover of more than £50 million and have plans to move to a new facility in the coming months.

This role would suit someone who has experience overseeing people within a production environment, looking for a long-term, permanent, and local role in a large manufacturer.
