Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Team Leader (Nights) in Petersfield, Hampshire. The role offers £53,000 - £58,000 plus training, progression and excellent company benefits, with a Mon–Thu, 4 x 10-hour night shift from 9:00pm to 7:00am.

You will lead the night shift production team, drive output, quality and KPI targets, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within a growing manufacturing business. Commutable from nearby cities as listed in the ad.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
