Responsibilities:

• Organizes the training needs of teams.
• Contributes to the improvement of industrial processes with the support of various functions.
• Manages people, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being.
• Promotes a safety-focused attitude among all employees.
• Owns group performance goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Must have union experience in a manufacturing setting and familiarity with timekeeping systems (Kronos).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
