Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United Kingdom is seeking a Process Manager to lead a core electrical switchgear & control-gear production line. You will drive performance, safety, quality and delivery through people leadership and process excellence, shaping end-to-end manufacturing and testing processes.

You will own continuous improvement initiatives, champion Right-First-Time quality, and collaborate across engineering, production, and planning to meet customer audits and witness testing

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong ability to drive performance, accountability, and engagement.
• Confident decision-maker with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of electrical testing, HV/LV safety, or similar environments.
• Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement tools.
• Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent experience in Engineering or Manufacturing.

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end manufacturing & testing processes.
• Drive Right-First-Time quality, reducing rework and delays.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and electrical standards.

• Champion Lean / SPS continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across engineering, production, quality, and planning.
• Support customer audits and witness testing.
