Zusammenfassung

Thermoteknix Systems Ltd. in Cambridge seeks a Production Supervisor to optimise manufacturing efficiency, ensure procedures are followed, and maintain timely production schedules.

You will lead shop-floor teams, allocate tasks, and deliver daily production results in line with quality standards. You will drive process improvements using data from CIM/ERP, maintain controlled documents, and collaborate with Quality, NPI, and Supply to meet business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, process control, and quality management.
• Experience using production systems such as CIM and MRP/ERP.
• Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and health and safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing processes to ensure they are carried out efficiently and in accordance with documented procedures.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to optimise production flow, resource use, and quality outcomes.
• Drive data-based decision-making using shop floor data collection and analysis (e.g., CIM ERP system).
• Maintain visibility of controlled documents and ensure production technicians are using the latest versions.
• Investigate deviations from process and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Maintain accurate results and records as required.
