Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking an experienced Product Manufacturing Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, drive operational efficiency and support the introduction of new products across multiple manufacturing sites.

You will work closely with engineering, production and manufacturing teams to standardise processes, improve product manufacturability and implement new technologies within a large-scale engineering environment.

Qualifications

A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Automation or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience in oil and gas or large-scale mechanical manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering systems and industrial automation.
Hands-on experience with SCADA systems.
Good working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Experience with Siemens automation technologies and programming.

Responsibilities

Analyse existing manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead continuous improvement and process standardisation initiatives.
Support the introduction and integration of new products and manufacturing systems.
Develop and implement manufacturing plans across multiple sites.
Work with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency, quality and manufacturability.
Support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and automation.
Manage manufacturing standards, production hours and lead-time requirements.
Work with stakeholders to deliver engineering changes and process improvements.
