Job summary

Jacob Thomas Associates seeks Packers for a busy manufacturing site in Shepshed, Leicestershire. You will support production by moving materials from incoming goods to despatch and ensure products meet quality standards.

The role operates on weekly rotating shifts (6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm, 10:00pm-6:00am) with benefits including weekly pay, overtime, free onsite parking and canteen facilities, plus immediate availability and long-term progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Able to work the rotating shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Compliance with health & safety procedures on site.

Responsibilities

• Working in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Responsible for production process from raw materials through to finished goods.
• Packing products efficiently and sending them through to despatch.
• Checking the quality of products for any nonconformance.
• Working towards KPIs and targets.
