Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Production Operative in Syston. The role runs a rotating 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm shift pattern Monday to Friday. You will handle 10–25 kg bags, wrap and palletise goods, and join a fast-paced production team.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, reliable, and available to start immediately. This is a temporary posting with ongoing shift work in the household goods sector.

Responsibilities

• Move products from the machine and palletise as required.
• Wrap and palletise goods for dispatch.
• Assist with loading/unloading and routine duties as needed.
