Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting for a Manufacturing Operator in Warrington. The role involves manufacturing closed products in a clean environment, assembling packaging components and applying accurate labels in line with SOPs.

You will perform quality control, assist with calibration and maintenance of equipment, and uphold lab safety and housekeeping standards while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work well in teams.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing of closed product in a clean environment.
• Oversee the assembly of packaging components and ensure secure packaging per SOPs.
• Labeling: apply accurate product labels and ensure correct identification and inventory management.
• Quality control: implement QC measures and take corrective actions.
• Calibrate and sanitize laboratory equipment and monitor calibration schedules.
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping and consumable supplies.
• May train others to the appropriate level in a given operation.
• Support company safety and hazardous waste management programs and keep work areas safe.
