Job summary

Gi Group in Warrington is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join a busy onsite manufacturing team. You’ll be responsible for packaging, labeling and safe assembly of products in line with SOPs. The role covers quality checks, ensuring regulatory information is applied, and adherence to cGMP practices.

Shifts are Mon-Thurs and Fri, 37.5 hours per week, 12-month contract. Candidates should have at least 1 year in manufacturing and a high school diploma; experience in cleanroom or hazardous

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, operations or production.
• Preferred: cGMP environment, cleanroom experience, hazardous materials handling.

Responsibilities

Manufacturing Operator

Location: Warrington

Hours: 37.5 per week

Pay rate: £13.35 per hour

Contract: 12 months

We're looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join a busy onsite manufacturing team in Warrington. You'll play a key role in the packaging process, ensuring products are assembled, labelled and packed accurately and safely, in line with standard operating procedures.

Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities:

• Packaging assembly: Assemble packaging components (boxes, inserts, labels and other materials) and ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Labelling: Apply accurate product labels and any required regulatory/safety information for identification and inventory purposes.
• Quality control: Carry out checks and inspections to ensure packaging meets required standards, reporting and correcting defects or errors where needed.

Manufacturing Operator Pay Rate:

• £13.35 per hour

Manufacturing Operator Shifts:

• Mon-Thurs 07:15-16:00 | Fri 07:15-11:45
• 37.5 per week

Manufacturing Operator Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education / Advanced Certificate (or equivalent).
• Experience (required): At least 1 year in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or a related environment.
• Experience (preferred): Working in a cGMP environment, Cleanroom experience and experience handling hazardous materials
