Gi Group are recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives based in Warrington. The role involves manufacturing closed product in a clean environment with PPE, overseeing assembly of packaging components and ensuring secure packaging according to SOPs to prevent transit damage.

Labeling accuracy, quality control, and safe handling of hazardous waste are required along with maintaining calibration schedules for equipment.

Job description

Gi Group are recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives based in Warrington.

Candidates will be.

Manufacturing of closed product. Working with closed product in a clean environment wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. Oversee the assembly of packaging components, including boxes, inserts, labels, and other necessary materials. Ensure that products are packaged securely and according to standard operating procedures to prevent damage during transit.

• Labelling: Ensure labels are printed accurately and verified using in process testing. Ensuring accurate labelling of products for identification and inventory management purposes.


• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to verify that packaging meets established standards and specifications.


• Cleans and sanitizes laboratory equipment. Calibrates basic laboratory instruments and is responsible for ensuring calibration is performed on time by monitoring and updating the calibration schedule for equipment in a designated area.


• Responsible for supporting and complying with Company safety and hazardous waste management program, including following safe hazardous waste handling and good housekeeping

Working hours are. Monday-Friday Days

Start time: Monday - Thursday: #removed# Friday-07.15- 11.45

Payrate-£14.01 PH based on 12 months contract. and working 37.50 hours PW.
