Vibe Recruit are hiring Production Operators for a cutting-edge manufacturer based in Crumlin. The role offers weekly rotating shifts with days, afternoons and nights and pay from £13.86 per hour, rising to £14.52 per hour from January 2026.

Right to work in the UK is required and full training will be provided. You will pack products to spec, perform quality checks, operate and maintain production equipment, and record data accurately while adhering to ISO standards.

Shifts & Pay

Pay: £13.86 per hour, increasing to £14.52 per hour from January 2026.

Shift Pattern: Weekly rotating shifts, changing between days, afternoons and nights.

• Days: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-2:15pm, Friday 6:00am-1:30pm.
• Afternoons: Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:15pm, Friday 1:15pm-8:45pm.
• Nights: Sunday 10:45pm-6:15am, Monday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:15am.

Transport: Due to the location and shift times, own transport is strongly recommended.

Key Responsibilities
