Job summary

Vibe Recruit, partnering with a leading global manufacturing business, seeks Production Operatives / Technicians for the night shift (7pm-7am, 4 on/4 off) in Witney. You will oversee end-to-end production, maintain quality, and support inventory and warehouse activities in a highly regulated setting.

The role emphasizes attention to SOPs, data entry, and teamwork with Engineering, Quality, and Technical teams. Training is provided; competitive salary and shift allowances apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or lab-based environments (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow processes accurately.
• Comfortable working with data systems and automated machinery.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of health & safety practices (COSHH/EHS).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
• Support production from printing through to packaging.
• Follow SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Input and manage production data and batch records.
• Weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials.
• Carry out quality inspections (visual and instrument-based).
• Support inventory control and warehouse activities (FIFO, stock handling, shipping).
• Assist with product testing, sampling, and analysis.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Technical teams to resolve issues.

Vibe Recruit are working in partnership with a leading global manufacturing business to recruit Production Operatives / Technicians to join their growing team on the night shift

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly regulated, fast-paced production environment, supporting the manufacture of innovative products used in medical and diagnostic settings.

The Role

You'll play a key part in the end-to-end production process, working across manufacturing, quality, and warehouse operations to ensure products are delivered to the highest standards.

Working hours - Nights 4 on 4 off 7pm-7am

Pay £17.10 per hour - monthly

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing equipment
• Supporting production from printing through to packaging
• Following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
• Accurately inputting and managing production data and batch records
• Weighing, measuring, and preparing raw materials
• Carrying out visual and instrument-based quality inspections
• Supporting inventory control and warehouse activities (FIFO, stock handling, shipping)
• Assisting with product testing, sampling, and analysis
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping (5S/6S) and safety compliance
• Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Technical teams to resolve issues
