Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a production operator to keep facilities clean, prepared and ready for use in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will stage materials, support production priorities, and ensure GMP documentation is completed accurately.

The role emphasizes 4 on 4 off shifts (2 days, 2 nights), strong attention to safety, quality and 5S housekeeping, with clear communication to supervisors to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment or degree in a relevant scientific area.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills with accuracy in documentation.
• Clear communicator and reliable team player.
• Desirable GMP experience.
• Familiar with 5S and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Keep production running safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Stage materials, maintain clean-hold timelines and prepare equipment.
• Complete GMP documentation to a high standard.
• Communicate with supervisors to prevent delays and raise issues.
• Support EH&S practices and housekeeping in a busy manufacturing setting.
