Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is recruiting a Manufacturing Operator for a cGMP cleanroom environment in Cramlington. The role involves safe handling, assembly of critical components, and strict adherence to batch records and SOPs to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

Shifts are 4 days on, 4 days off, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Pay rate starts at £13.46 with a 20% shift allowance, and a strong emphasis on quality and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Capable of working safely within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and accurately follow Batch Record Sheets, Standard Operating Procedures.
• Previous cGMP experience preferable.
• Previous manufacturing assembly experience preferably in a clean room environment.
• Basic mathematical skills

Responsibilities

• Comply to safe working practices whilst using the required PPE.
• Maintain 5s Standards within the production environment.
• Setup / kitting of raw materials.
• Read, follow and understand detailed assembly drawings / SOP's.
• Manual assembly of critical components on a defined production line.
• Assemble material components to stringent quality requirements.
• Inspect finished goods in line with approved customer specifications.
• Accurately detail and record critical cGMP data in the batch record.
• Work to a defined shift pattern of 4 x 12-hour shifts, on a 4 on 4 off rotation.

Manufacturing Operator Location: Cramlington Shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off rotation, hours are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Pay Rate: £13.46 + 20% shift allowance The Manufacturing Technician II will safely and efficiently produce high-quality Single Use medical products in a cGMP compliant cleanroom, whilst working to a defined production schedule ensuring orders are manufactured in full to achieve critical customer orders.
