Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative in Wellingborough on a temporary contract. Shifts run 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm on a rotating basis. You will operate and maintain production machinery, assemble and inspect products, and work with the team to meet targets while following health and safety rules.

Ideal candidates are motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess good communication skills. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not essential.
