Job summary

Ambitions Personnel is seeking a Production Operative for a Tallington-based manufacturing site. The role is full-time with rotating shifts (2:00pm-10:00pm and 6:00am-2:00pm).

You will contribute to manufacturing, assembly and packing to required quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, can follow procedures and targets, and work safely both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Experience working to production targets and quality standards.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety.
• Willingness to support different departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely in line with Health & Safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team and independently within a busy environment.
• Ensure products meet the required quality standards.
• Carry out assembly work and general operative duties across departments.
• Palletising large components for storage or dispatch.
• Picking and packing small parts against bills and instructions.
• Move between departments and support production as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow company procedures and production instructions at all times.
