Job Description:

Manpower is currently looking for Production Operatives for one of our long-standing clients based near North Thoresby (between Louth and Grimsby).

Applicants must have their own transport due to the rural location and shift times.

This role involves joining a new team as the site transitions to a 24-hour operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, seek progression, and own transport to access the site.

The position involves working a pattern of 4 x 12-hour shifts (6 am - 6 pm) per week. Although initially on a temporary/agency basis, it has the potential to lead to a permanent role after a 12-week probation period.

Responsibilities include working on a fast-paced line, operating alongside sorting machinery, and collaborating with team members to process materials entering the recycling system. Attention to detail and diligence are essential qualities.
