• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, factory or warehouse is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure output meets quality and performance standards.
• Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Trim, assemble, package, and prepare products for dispatch.
• Identify and report faults, defects or production issues to supervisors.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards across the production area.
• Follow health, safety and company procedures at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and team leaders to achieve daily production targets.
• Assist with machine changeovers and basic equipment checks where required.
• Handle materials and stock safely in line with company procedures.

Salary:

• £12.71 per hour (Days)
• £13.71 per hour (Nights)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and associated production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure output meets required quality and performance standards.
• Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Trim, assemble, package, and prepare products for dispatch.
• Identify and report faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a rotating three-week shift pattern:

Week 1: Early Shift: 6:00am - 2:15pm

Week 2: Late Shift: 2:00pm - 10:15pm

Week 3: Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:15am
