Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Good communication and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct routine quality checks and record production data accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the production area.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards.
• Assist with product changeovers and basic maintenance tasks.
• Work with the team to meet production targets.
