Job summary

E3 Recruitment is assisting a market-leading manufacturer based near Sittingbourne to recruit Production Operatives. The role is on a 3-shift Mon-Fri pattern (6-2/2-10/10-6) at a site in Sheerness. Base salary around £44,000 with overtime pushing OTE to around £48,000+. You will work on automated lines, monitor machinery, and maintain QA standards.

There is opportunity for progression within the company and industry-leading training. A full UK driving licence is required for site access.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy manufacturing environments is required.
• Ability to operate automated production lines and meet QA standards.
• Full UK driving licence is required due to site location in Sheerness.

Responsibilities

• The production of high-quality products operating production machinery
• The manual packing and movement of heavy products
• Creating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S's housekeeping and environmental management
• Operations of a range of machines as part of a multi-skilled team
• Full UK Driving Licence needed due to location of site
• Work on an automated Production line to ensure the manufacture of products and meets established QA Expectations
• Ideally usage of Loading Shovel or Weighbridge
• Monitoring machinery and reporting issues
• Make manufacturing adjustments and working to 5s principles
• Quality testing of certain batches, reporting any issues that may arise
• Working with SCADA and PLC machines in a state of the art facility
