Job summary

Optima UK Inc Ltd near Hinckley is seeking a Manufacturing Operative for aerospace manufacturing. You will join a skilled production team to manufacture high-precision components, with a focus on quality and adherence to processes.

Training will be provided and there are opportunities to develop your engineering and machining skills. You'll work days or nights with a shift pattern that offers excellent time off, and the role is permanent with full training provided.

The Role

As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll work as part of a skilled production team manufacturing high-precision components for the aerospace industry.

You must have experience using basic hand measuring equipment such as:

• Other basic inspection/measuring equipmentPrevious setting experience is not essential, although it would be beneficial.

This role could suit someone who has worked as a Machine Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Production Operative, Trainee Engineer or Junior Machinist and is now looking for an opportunity to develop their skills within aerospace.
