When you start your journey with us as a Machine Operator, your career begins with a comprehensive training program, designed to help you confidently operate an automated mesh welding machine.

This role is well suited to a practical, hands-on individual with experience in machine operation—someone who takes pride in working with mechanical systems and isn’t afraid to get involved in a physically active, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • A strong commitment to safety and product quality
  • Experience using hand tools (e.g., Allen keys, hammers, screwdrivers).

If you also have the following, that’s great, but we can train you in these areas if not:

  • Basic understanding of drawings and measurements.
  • Forklift truck (FLT) license.
  • GCSE in Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or production, even better if you have experience of welding automation or mesh making in another sector.
