Job summary

INDMAN in Didcot, Oxfordshire, is seeking a Machine Operative for a permanent, full-time role. You will operate and monitor production equipment to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to quality standards.

You will carry out secondary processing using specialist machinery, work with production and engineering teams, and support continuous improvement while maintaining health and safety. This role offers a stable Mon-Fri pattern with benefits including private medical, 25 days

• Experience within manufacturing is essential.
• Previous experience in an additive manufacturing environment would be beneficial.

Hours – 3 shifts available to pick from

Early shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm (10% shift premium)

Day shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 10pm (20% shift premium)
