Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Leader to head the site operations. You will be responsible for delivering on safety, quality, cost and delivery targets while developing an enthusiastic, high-performing team.

Lead strategy, daily management, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to HSE policies and optimal production performance. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead manufacturing teams to meet safety, cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Experience implementing best-practice manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement.
• Strong people management, coaching and KPI-driven leadership.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and production planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing function within budget and output targets.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across the site.
• Develop and mentor a motivated, flexible team with strong working relationships.
• Drive KPI improvements and maintain production plans on a daily basis.
• Oversee budget ownership, CAPEX proposals and cost control.
• Communicate KPIs and performance insights to the team and stakeholders.
