The successful candidate will oversee a complex manufacturing facility, acting as the site’s key voice and ensuring operational excellence. The candidate will lead the manufacturing division, maintaining high standards and motivating a skilled team. Responsibilities include:

1. Planning and managing manufacturing processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
2. Implementing process improvements and managing P&L responsibilities.
3. Ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across value streams.
4. Leading and developing the manufacturing team.
5. Promoting health and safety policies.
6. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer support teams, including major clients.
